Gene accepts a limited number of dedicated athletes for one-on-one performance mindset coaching each season. Whether you are preparing for your first marathon or your next Ironman, Gene provides the mental frameworks necessary to recalibrate your limits and finish strong.

This is not physical training. This is the mental work that makes physical training count.

Shift from 'I'm trying to be a marathoner' to 'I am a marathoner.' Gene helps athletes rebuild their self-talk and identity so that race-day performance becomes an expression of who they are, not something they are hoping to achieve.

Master the ability to pre-run the stress. You will learn how to mentally rehearse high-pressure moments — from the starting gun to 'the wall' — so that when they happen, your brain recognizes them as a solved problem.

Weaponizing Fatigue into Momentum.

Shift your relationship with discomfort. Instead of seeing exhaustion as a signal to stop, you will learn to use it as a trigger for your highest level of focus, turning the hardest miles into your strongest performance.

Format & Availability

Gene works with a maximum of 5 athletes per season for one-on-one mindset coaching. Sessions are conducted virtually via video call and typically run in 8-12 week programs tailored to your race calendar.
